Why many individual systems when you can also have an overall concept for digital customer communication? A daycare app, a care app and an online ordering system for meals on wheels... the welfare app covers five areas.
Imagine the father who has his two children in daycare and his mother in nursing. In turn, she would like to order her food from the menu service and experience her grandchild's experiences in the day care center. An online appointment with the senior advice service is pending and she is considering concluding a home emergency call contract. All this can be done in one app - the welfare app. Cross-selling has never been easier.
Two special features have to be emphasized: The app was developed together with customers and works independently of existing management systems.
After the positive introduction in DRK Neuss, the welfare app (formerly DRK Neuss app) is now being distributed to other welfare organizations together with AppCologne and D&T Internet GmbH and is being continuously developed. We look forward to as many people as possible benefiting from our joint development.
