Overview of your company finances and secure payment approval: completely mobile and independent of location, time, employees and stationary installed software.
The financial cockpit provides you with the most important information about your company's financial situation at any time and anywhere. The app automatically summarizes all processes relating to your business accounts and shows exactly what is relevant to you on your smartphone or tablet.
In addition, the financial cockpit lets you approve or reject payments on your mobile device and always keeps you up to date on outstanding payment orders.
Are you responsible for finances in a company, business, club, organization or as a self-employed person in your own business? Do you use banking software like StarMoney Business or SFirm? Then the financial cockpit is the right app for you!

FUNCTIONS 
- You see your business finances on your smartphone or tablet
- The data is presented to you tailored to your current needs
- You see overviews of the balances of your various accounts
- Get information about income, expenses and sales
- You can approve or reject open payment orders
- You will be proactively informed of any changes via push notification
- The app offers you security standards at the highest level
- Data sovereignty remains exclusively in your hands at all times 

DATA SOURCE
- The data displayed is delivered directly to the app from your StarMoney Business or SFirm electronic banking software
- The financial cockpit is quickly and securely linked to your software installation via QR code
- Sparkasse customers can integrate their access to the corporate customer portal directly into the app
- EBICS access from your financial institution can also be set up
- Technical integration and re-authorization by your financial institution are not necessary

SECURITY
- The data transfer between the financial cockpit and your software runs via a secured and encrypted server from Star Finanz GmbH. This is hosted in a bank data center located in Germany
- All data is stored encrypted in the app and on the server
- Doubly secure: Any transmission of user data is carried out exclusively with transport and content encrypting
- The financial cockpit is protected by a 10-digit, individual access code. You can also use fingerprint or facial recognition to unlock
- Strong security features in the app guard all data and prevent it from being used by strangers, even if your smartphone or tablet is lost
- After entering the access code incorrectly ten times, the app resets to its delivery state 
- The financial cockpit can also be reset by remotely deleting the linked software

NOTES
- To use the financial cockpit, you need the electronic banking software StarMoney Business 9 with PlusPackage or SFirm (from version 4 with the “Financial Cockpit” module extension) and/or access to the corporate customer portal of a savings bank or EBICS access to a financial institution
- The prerequisite for providing financial data from your StarMoney Business or SFirm is that your smartphone or tablet is paired. Practical: the existing user and rights structure is automatically adopted
