[Non-face-to-face financial service without visiting branches]
- You can easily open a deposit and withdrawal account with your ID card (resident registration card, driver's license) and a mobile phone in your name.
- You can sign up for and apply for various products such as deposit/installment savings, deposit-backed loans, and loans with guarantees without visiting a branch
- Various financial services such as inquiry/transfer/new/cancellation of deposit/loan application are available even on weekends and holidays (availability hours vary by service)
