Log Blood Pressure
Easily record your daily blood pressure readings. The blood pressure checker then automatically calculates and indicates whether your readings fall within normal blood pressure ranges. Over time, view detailed blood pressure charts and reports, along with recommended health articles and blood pressure-friendly diets to help manage and reduce high or low blood pressure.

Monitor Blood Glucose
Simply log your blood sugar readings with a few taps, providing a comprehensive view of your blood glucose levels over time. Visualize glucose trends through intuitive charts and graphs.

Measure Heart Rate
Detect your heart rate using your smartphone camera with Photoplethysmography (PPG). Health Tracker can calculate HRV (Heart Rate Variability), providing personalized results for assessing stress levels based on pulse signals. This heart rate checker uses PPG technology, which measures blood flow variations through light-based sensors. During the measurement, a flashlight shines on your finger, while the camera captures changes in blood volume, detecting your heartbeat.

Track Weight & BMI
Easily monitor your weight and calculate your BMI. Access scientific guides, personalized diet plans, and tips for effective weight management and fat loss.

Water Reminder & Health Reminder
Set reminders to drink water and regularly log your blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart rate.
