nockee is the essential application for landlord owners to carry out their inventory, directly from their smartphone.

With this app, owners can:
- Create an inventory (and it works even when you don't have a network!)
- Describe the condition of the furniture, piece by piece
- Take pictures of the furniture and integrate them directly into the inventory: you thus avoid any dispute with your tenants
- Preview the inventory in PDF format at any time
- Have tenants sign the inventory electronically
- Automatically send the finalized inventory in PDF format to tenants
- Save the inventory in the secure cloud
- Pre-fill the exit inventory starting from the entry inventory and thus save time.

The finalized inventory is then stored on the secure cloud, making it available at all times to the owner and the tenant.
You will thus find all your inventory, even after having changed telephone.

The cost of a condition report is €5.99 (or less if you buy a prepaid pack of several condition reports). If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund.
