Menopause Mediations is a collection of guided self-hypnosis meditation audios, explanations and written materials created by Menopause specialist Meera Mehat to support women going through this stage is life. In Meera’s words:

“Menopause is a natural and transformative life stage, but it often brings with it a unique set of challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and misunderstood. I know this all too well, having personally experienced the complexities of menopause myself. The physical, emotional, and mental changes during this time can create stress that impacts every facet of our lives. As I trained to become a Menopause Specialist, I realised how essential it is to provide practical and empathetic support to individuals going through menopause. That’s why I created my Menopause Management Masterclasses, where I aim to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to embrace this phase with confidence, vitality, and a sense of control.
