• The most popular time tracking app for small and medium-sized businesses on the market • The clockin app was developed together with practical companies and is so easy to use that even people who are not tech-savvy can work directly with it. An approach that has already received several awards. With just one click, employees can log in in the morning and automatically record their working hours. Breaks, project-related activities or travel times can also be recorded with one click using the time tracking app. All working times are available to the office in real time. The otherwise annoying manual creation of timesheets is done automatically by clockin. The time lists can be exported at any time or transferred directly to payroll accounting via the DATEV interface. During the working day, the clockin app serves as an interface between employees and the company. Employees have a transparent overview of the working hours they have worked and the overtime account. You can request absences such as illness or vacation, so that the company has less time and effort to answer individual questions about working hours and vacation days. In addition to the classic recording of working hours, the clockin app also offers project documentation. It can also be used to book working times on projects and invoice them directly via the lexoffice interface. The individual projects can be documented by employees on the go using digital forms, signatures and photo notes. All documentation ends up in the respective digital project file, which is available to both the office and the employees in the field at any time.
