BASISCH LECKER is the largest app provider for alkaline nutrition in German-speaking countries. Almost 20,000 followers on Instagram and over 120,000 app users enjoy the BASISCH LECKER offering.
Most of the recipes in this app are designed for everyday diet. They consist largely of alkaline foods, but are supplemented with neutral and/or good acid formers. All recipes are VEGETARIAN and most are even VEGAN. If you want to learn more about the classification of foods, you can look at the knowledge base in the app and consult the largest acid-base table.
