Welcome to the e-prescription app, which was developed on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Health. Our app is available to all policyholders, regardless of their health insurance, and offers a variety of benefits to help you manage your prescriptions easily and securely. Here they are:

No more paperwork: you receive your prescriptions directly in your app. You don't need any more pieces of paper.

Prescriptions at a glance: You can see all the prescriptions from your different doctors and always know which ones you can redeem at the pharmacy.

Easy to redeem: You can easily send your e-prescriptions to your favorite pharmacy using the app. Your medication will then be reserved for you and delivered via courier service. Of course, you can also redeem the prescriptions directly at the pharmacy. All pharmacies in your area and also mail order pharmacies are available.

Receive messages from the pharmacy: Your pharmacy can use the app to let you know when you can pick up your medication or when it will be delivered to your home. This saves you time and travel.
Save favorite pharmacy: You can mark your favorite pharmacy as a favorite so that you can always find it quickly.

Maximum security: Your health data is safe with us. With the e-prescription and the app, we meet the highest requirements for data protection and data security. In the app you can see every access to your data.

For the whole family: You can create separate profiles for your children or people in need of care. This gives you the opportunity to receive, redeem and send their prescriptions directly to the appropriate address.

Keep track of old prescriptions: Your prescriptions are stored in the secure health network for 100 days. Once the recipes have been viewed in the app, they remain stored there for longer.
Redeem without registering: If you have a printed e-prescription, you can send it digitally to the pharmacy and redeem it without registering.

Continuous development: Our app is constantly being improved to offer an optimal user experience and to meet your needs as a user.
