Kalmeda offers you medically sound, individual tinnitus therapy on prescription, which is always there for you when you need it.

With the Kalmeda exercise program, you will learn step by step how to overcome your tinnitus and bring more calm back into your life.
The Kalmeda tinnitus app combines cognitive behavioral therapy with medical knowledge transfer, acoustic aids and relaxation exercises. It is based on many years of experience in the treatment of tinnitus and corresponds to the guidelines of the scientific professional societies.
The app was developed by ENT specialists and psychologists and is approved as a medical device (DiGA).

Only Kalmeda offers you this:

This is how Kalmeda works:

3.  You will be guided through your personal exercise program: Step by step we will guide you to overcome your tinnitus and to improve your quality of life in the long term by helping you to help yourself.
4.  You use the Kalmeda tinnitus app in everyday life: Even after completing the exercise program, the Kalmeda tinnitus app supports you and helps you to bring more and more calm and serenity into your life and to achieve the goals you have set yourself
5.  You have your tinnitus under control: You are now able to help yourself.

There are 2 convenient ways for you to use Kalmeda:
Kalmeda START is a good place to start, with an initial therapy plan, relaxation exercises and other features for an initial overview of the comprehensive services of the Kalmeda app. Kalmeda START is available to you free of charge.
Kalmeda GO offers you the tinnitus app in its entirety, with complete tinnitus therapy, step by step, including numerous effective assistance. Kalmeda GO is available as a paid subscription (via in-app purchase).

Kalmeda PLUS is available for users who have completed tinnitus therapy. The subscription has the same content as Kalmeda GO.
