The Wound Documentation app was developed together with medical practitioners for medical practitioners to simplify your daily work. A time-saving and secure solution was particularly important to us. This allows you to make your wound care more efficient.

A clean design and intuitive menu navigation are at the heart of the app. Download the app and get started right away. Your treatment suggestion, wound assessment, and measures can be easily documented on your smartphone, with no mandatory fields. Predefined categories and characteristics help with this. Comprehensive flexibility is ensured by the ability to supplement all information with individual free text.
• Ready to use and quickly integrated into everyday practice
Whether you prefer text, images, or a combination of both, the choice is yours. You can take photos in the app at any time and edit and add to documentation as often as you like. You can then use the web access on your PC to upload, print, or send the wound documentation to your practice software. The wound documentation is provided as a standardized PDF file. The app also helps you comply with the documentation requirements of Section 630f of the German Civil Code (BGB).
