Take active action against your pain, improve your mobility and stay motivated - with a personalized therapy program from eCovery. Your physiotherapist in your pocket for back, knee and hip problems. HOW DOES HOME THERAPY WORK? 1. You will answer important questions before and during therapy and provide feedback on the exercises. 2. Based on our intelligent system with hundreds of exercises, eCovery creates a personalized training for you. 3. The more frequently you train and give feedback, the more individual and effective the therapy will be for you. STRUCTURE A TRAINING SESSION Train flexibly 3 – 5 times a week for 20 – 30 minutes from home. Using several exercises, we cover all important areas with stretching, mobility, strengthening and relaxation exercises. The length of therapy depends on your symptoms. CONTENT BEYOND TRAINING • Additional short units: Integrate additional, short training units into your everyday life and save your favorites. • Knowledge transfer: Learn more about your health through short learning units in video and text form. • Progress monitoring: Monitor your development with clear diagrams. • Support: Our team is available to answer technical and therapeutic questions via the contact form or telephone. HOW TO RECEIVE OUR THERAPY FOR FREE • App on prescription (eCovery – therapy for lower back pain): Have your doctor write you a prescription for our therapy, either on site or online. Submit this to your health insurance company and receive an activation code for our app. Do you already have a diagnosis that is no older than 6 months? You can then ask your health insurance company directly for an activation code. • Cooperation with health insurance (for knees, hips, back): Simply check on our website www.ecovery.de whether your health insurance company will cover the costs. • Self-payer: In individual cases, the app is also used as a self-pay service.
