The Oska health advisors are nursing specialists and nutritional therapists with many years of experience.
Through personal advice you will gain a deeper understanding of your health. This way you know exactly what your lab values mean and how your medications affect each other. In nutritional advice you will learn how to make healthy decisions without complicated diets - for example, eating less salt to lower blood pressure. Your health advisor will accompany you on your journey with a lot of understanding. The one-on-one conversations via video call, phone call or chat message create a trusting space for your health concerns.
