With the hessenschau app, you'll always stay up to date: Current news and videos from your region, Hesse weather, rain radar, and the latest traffic situation.
So you won't miss anything in the future, you can subscribe to push notifications for breaking news and other important news, as well as selected topics and severe weather warnings from your region. You can also add the top stories as a widget directly to your smartphone's home screen.
The home page of the hessenschau app offers a quick and reliable overview of current events in Hesse. Our news tickers (e.g., "Hessen am Morgen" or Eintracht-Ticker) in particular ensure you won't miss anything important. Current short videos in the app are optimized for use on smartphones. Here you'll find news and information from your region or city, including Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Kassel, Darmstadt, Offenbach, Hanau, Gießen, and Fulda. You can also search for articles, videos, and audio files that are no longer available on the app's home page.
You'll find a weather forecast for the next four days and a rain radar with a forecast for the next two hours in our weather section.
