With mail.de Mail you experience mobile freedom & independence. You can use your email inbox on your mobile device at any time. The application is available and optimized for Android smartphones and tablets.
This app combines the most important communication functions and, in addition to receiving and sending emails, allows you to do the following:
E-MAIL
- Receive and send emails securely and encrypted
- Support for the PUSH function for email (notifications)
- Send email attachments of up to 100 MB
- Multi-account management (management of multiple mail.de email accounts)

SMS & FAX
- Receive/send SMS and faxes
POSTCARD
- Worldwide shipping of real postcards. Send individual holiday greetings directly from the app
DIRECTORY
- Secure access to your address book. Create new contacts via the app, edit them and synchronize them directly and automatically with your webmail address book
CALENDAR
- Overview of all your appointments in the calendar. Create, edit and save new appointments. Automatic synchronization with the webmail calendar
ONLINE STORAGE
- Access to online storage. Store, rename, access or send images, videos, music and documents in your mobile storage via email/fax
SYNCHRONIZATION
- Automatic synchronization of email, address book, calendar and online storage functions

Security is particularly important to us:
To protect your communication, your data is always encrypted. No matter whether you are online on a public Wi-Fi or private network. Our app uses the latest encryption technology and is subject to the strict German data protection law due to our headquarters in Germany.
The mail.de mail app supports PGP encryption of emails and attachments to prevent spying attempts by authorities, for example.
We rely on our own hardware in a high-security data center in Germany.
Of course, our app enables PIN protection to additionally protect the app from unauthorized access or if the cell phone is lost.
