Details

ADcalc is an app for Android that I initially developed for my own use. It contains a number of calculators that are useful in anesthesia and intensive care and emergency practice.

Program features:
- Fully customizable perfuser dose and run rate calculator
- fully customizable drug dosage calculator (including PDF export for printing)
- Stored computer data can be exported and shared
- BGA interpretation
- CaO2 / DO2 calculator
- Corrected PCO2 (and O2)
- Alveolar gas equation
- SOFA Score
- HEART algorithm (chest pain)
- YEARS algorithm (pulmonary embolism)
- Dilution (dilute a higher percentage solution in a lower percentage, e.g. to produce NaCl 3% to compensate for hyponatremia).

Perfusors:
In principle the function that TIVA pumps offer for dosing. Except that you can use it to dose according to body weight with "normal" perfusors. The other way round also works, e.g. to determine the exact dose of catecholamines in the intensive care unit.
- mg / kg body weight / h and mg / kg body weight / min or
- µg / kg body weight / h and µg / kg / min in
- mL / h (and back)
Storage and storage of your own perfusors is possible (e.g. in the case of deviating ward standards). An exchange with colleagues is possible by exporting the database.

Medcalc:
A highly flexible medication calculator. The medis can (and must) be deposited by yourself. The dose in milligrams and the corresponding injection volume are calculated based on the body weight and concentration of the injection solution.
- You can store all medication yourself
- Units: mg and µg / mL
- optional specification of a range from minimum to maximum dosage; corresponding output of results
- Body weight accuracy: possible with one decimal place
- Presentation of results: individually or in tabular form for all stored drugs
- Export: overview table can be exported as PDF (e.g. for printing)
- Export: Database can be exported and shared with colleagues
