The La Poste application for individuals for quick and easy use:  
 
• Fluid ergonomics and design and quick access to your services: access to the Shop, the Customer Area, Tracking, Colissimo postage, activation of your Mobile Registered Letters, etc. 

• A home page that allows you to find your postal news: your recorded tracking, your current baskets, your valid Colissimo labels, etc. 

• But also: global customization of the app, animations, illustrations, etc. 

MANAGE AND TRACK YOUR SHIPMENTS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR MOBILE 

Manage your mail and parcel shipments by tracking successful receipt by the recipient directly from your smartphone, wherever you are! All you need to do is either be logged in or enter or scan your tracking number. Nothing could be simpler! 

Do not hesitate to activate your notifications to be informed of the status of your shipments at key stages of its journey.

Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, GLS… also track shipments handled by one of the 1,036 carriers listed on the La Poste application! Enter or scan your tracking number, the La Poste application will identify the carrier and provide you with information relating to your shipment. 

YOUR POSTAGE AND COLISSIMO SHIPMENT TRACKING IS JUST A CLICK AWAY 

Prepare and print a Colissimo label, track your packages, change the delivery date or address of your package before midnight, find answers to your questions about tracking your packages: nothing could be simpler from the application! Thanks to Colissimo online, postage for your packages is possible without having to travel, from your home or office. 

ORDER THE PRODUCTS BY THE POST ON THE ONLINE SHOP

The La Poste application is also an online store that allows you to purchase our postage solutions from your mobile: Marianne stamps, pre-franked envelopes, and tracking stickers individually, in batches or in booklets.   

You manage your orders wherever you are.  

LOCATE THE POST CONTACT POINTS 

Thanks to the location available on your smartphone, the application allows you to locate post offices around you in order to optimize your travel and manage your shipments quickly. 

Easily organize your collections with the collection points closest to your home to receive your packages (Colissimo and Chronopost) and access their information (contact details, addresses, times, contacts, location). 

Locate drop-off points so you can send your packages anywhere in France, even while traveling. 

MODIFY A DELIVERY 

Did you receive a calling notice in your absence? You can, from the La Poste application, request a new delivery to the same address, at a post office or at a collection point. 

ACTIVATE YOUR MOBILE REGISTERED LETTERS 

What is the Mobile Registered Letter? It is an “all-in-one” registered letter already stamped, without a handwritten bundle and directly connected to your smartphone to facilitate your sending of sensitive letters. 

This way you gain speed by dropping off your registered letter directly at the post office without going to the counter.
