What is Optimal Pregnancy?
In the Optimal Pregnancy app we tell you how you should take care of yourself, how your body changes, the tests you should do... and, most excitingly, how your baby develops inside you week by week.
In addition, with the Optimal Pregnancy App you can be connected to your gynecological clinic and view your baby's ultrasounds with a single click. (the clinic must have active service, it is free for them too)

How does Optimal Pregnancy work?
The application is free in all cases and has a public area and a private area for registered users.
• Public area: Access to content about pregnancy, calculators and tips to help you have an optimal pregnancy.
• Private area: When you register, you unlock all content.  Based on the date of the last period entered, the Optimal Pregnancy app tells you how many weeks you are pregnant and week by week it tells you how your baby is growing and developing, the changes that your body is experiencing and what are the most important tests in each stage.
You can consult everything you need to know about pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and caring for your baby: how to feed yourself, how to know if your baby is going to be born now, what breastfeeding on demand is... A complete guide with advice from gynecologists and health professionals. You can't miss it!
• Premium area: If your gynecological clinic is registered in the OPTIMUM PREGNANCY service, it will allow you to enjoy the images and videos of your baby's ultrasounds at any time so that you can download them and share them with your family and friends. If your clinic does not have the service, you can contact us to register them.
