The elderly and the physically handicapped have the right to use the special spaces also in the EstaR Eletrônico Regulated parking areas and must pay the EstaR through the ZAZUL application: EstaR Digital Curitiba - Oficial, and place their credential on the windshield inside the car.
 
There is no exemption from payment of EstaR Curitiba for the disabled or the elderly, and the lack of payment or presentation of the credential may lead to a fine.
 
Regularization of Infractions of EstaR Eletrônico Curitiba:
 
If the user is fined for violating the EstaR, he must pay a regularization fee on the URBS website within five working days. The amount paid will not be converted into credit for future parking.
