Parcel tracking is another new feature in your App Store, which has arrived to facilitate your access to tracking orders delivered by the Post Office.

Like a common tracking application, with Parcel Tracking it is possible to track the object from the moment it is posted until it arrives at the final address, or at a Post Office collection point for collection, but, in addition, it is possible to receive notifications order status change and organize them according to status.

This tool also allows you to choose how often you want your orders to be updated in the application.

But with so many features, it must be difficult to use, right?!

No! The Parcel Tracking app has a simple, modern, lightweight and intuitive design so you can access the status of your order from anywhere, with ease, agility and practicality.

Exclusive functionality was developed to optimize the daily lives of retailers, allowing their customers to receive real-time email notifications of the trajectory of their order, through a simple registration of name and email.

With the Parcel Tracking app you can also:
• Access orders according to their status: orders are separated by Delivered, Pending and All statuses;
• Sort them by the Inclusion filters in the application: you choose between Posting date, Most recent update and Order status;
• Access to the history details of each order: which collection and distribution points your order passed through and the update times;
• Archive of old orders.

And you think it's over?

The Tracking app allows you to perform an advanced search that can be done by the tracking code, the type of order (Sedex, PAC or Sedex 10), the description of the order and the sending store or company. All this to make it easier for you to access your orders.

With the Parcel Tracking app you also have access to the tool for sharing the progress of your order with your contacts via your preferred social networks.
