SOURCES OF INFORMATION: All content in this application is based on publicly available information about the ASTB and OAR tests from official U.S. Navy sources (www.navy.mil). The study materials, practice questions, and simulations have been independently created and developed by the app's creators using their understanding of publicly disclosed test formats and topics. No official test materials or questions are used in this app. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful preparation materials, the actual ASTB and OAR tests are administered exclusively by official military testing centers, and their content may vary. Success with our practice materials does not guarantee success on the actual tests.

The ASTB (Aviation Selection Test Battery) is used by the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard to select candidates for pilot and flight officer training programs. A shorter version called the Officer Aptitude Rating (OAR) is used for Officer Candidate School (OCS). These exams determine a candidate's potential success in military officer training programs. Higher scores provide more opportunities in the naval services.
All study materials, practice questions, and simulations in this app have been independently developed and created by developers based on their experience and understanding of the exam format. The content is not official test material.

∙ Compatible with Bluetooth/GamePad controllers and Joysticks (X52, Thrustmaster T.Flight, Xbox and Playstation Controllers)
∙ Review test errors with correct answers and explanations
∙ Track previous test results and progress

The OAR includes 3 subtests: Math Skills Test (MST), Reading Comprehension Test (RCT), and Mechanical Comprehension Test (MCT). The ASTB contains these plus four additional subtests: Aviation and Nautical Information Test (ANIT), Naval Aviation Trait Facet Inventory (NAFTI), Performance Based Measures Battery (PBM), and Biographical Inventory with Response Validation (BI-RV). This app covers all tests and is the only product with simulators for the Dichotic Listening Test, Terrain Identification Test, UAV Component, and PBM Stick and Throttle portions.

The ASTB and OAR are digital adaptive tests, adjusting question difficulty based on correct/incorrect answers. Our app provides practice tests for MST, RCT, MCT, and ANIT using similar adaptive logic and scoring. Take unlimited practice tests and use our advanced scoring system to assess your readiness.
