Details

My LEXUS is an app for G-Link contract holders that is used in conjunction with their car. It allows you to check the status of your car and operate it remotely, supporting a safe and convenient car life.

*A "TOYOTA account" is required to use this app.

The name has been changed from "TOYOTA/LEXUS common ID" to "TOYOTA account".

*Android 8 cannot be installed. Please update your OS to use this app.

If you do not have one, please register a new "TOYOTA account" from the login screen of the app and link the service with your Lexus contract ID (Lexus Owners Card ID or G-Link Lite ID).

*Some functions can be used by non-contract holders as well.

◆Main functions
[Car information]
You can check the status of your car, such as the remaining fuel level and mileage.

[Remote confirmation, remote operation]
You will be notified by email or app if you forget to close the doors or windows. You can check the status from the app and lock it.
*The items that can be checked and operated vary depending on the vehicle.

[Remote Air Conditioning]
You can start the air conditioner from the app and adjust the temperature inside the car to a comfortable temperature before you leave. You can also reserve in advance by setting a schedule.

*Only available in compatible vehicles

[Driver Registration (My Settings)]
By registering a driver in the car using the app, the driver will be automatically recognized when you get in and the previous settings of the navigation system, etc. will be reflected.

*Only available in compatible vehicles

[Car Finder]
You can check the approximate parking location of your car on a map and remotely operate the hazard lights. This is useful when looking for a car in a large parking lot.

[Owner's Desk]
You can contact the Lexus Owner's Desk (operator service) to ask questions or ask questions about Lexus, find the desired location, and set the destination on the navigation system. You can also use it from your smartphone outside the car.
