1. User Guide
- Product purchase
You can purchase counseling tickets and subscription products at Maum: Dandan.
- reservation
Consultation reservation is required to proceed with expert consultation with the purchased consultation ticket.
1) Select the professional counselor you want to consult with
2) Check available date and time for reservation
3) Select the counseling ticket you have and complete the final reservation
- Fill out the reception form
Please fill out the application form in advance before the consultation begins. It is used as a reference material during consultation.
- Consultation
When a counseling room is opened, a notification is delivered and admission is possible.
Professional counseling is conducted on the Maum: Dandan app for 50 minutes at a time.
- Mind: Write
This menu allows you to record and manage your emotions using 12 emoticons. You can check at a glance through the mind calendar.
- Danitalk
As a huge AI-based chatbot, anyone can select a topic of concern and experience free conversation with a psychological test.
- Dani's Forest
You can freely express yourself through text and voice on a given topic once a week.
- Dani's Trouble
If you write your concerns, you can receive an answer from a professional counselor.
You can also share your concerns with members and express your sympathy.
- Mind: Information
It provides information and stories on a variety of topics based on psychology.
- Dani's chatter
It is a space where you can communicate with each other on various topics.
In particular, if you write an empathy/concern, you can receive an answer from a super-giant AI-based chatbot.
2. Information on service access rights
Maum: Dandan receives consent only when access to the service is required.
You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access rights, but if you do not agree, the use of some functions may be restricted.

I use the photo album access permission when registering Dani's chattering posts and My Page profile picture.
If you do not allow permission, image registration is not possible.
