Details

After recently updating the 'Android System WebView' app, an error is occurring in the Danawa app where scrolling is not possible.

[Google Play Store > Profile icon at the top right > ‘App and device management’ > Go to ‘Management’ tab > Select Android System WebView > Uninstall update] Or
Please go to [Mobile phone settings > ‘App information (application information)’ > Search for ‘webview’ > Select Android System Webview > 3 dots on the top right > Uninstall update (delete update)] and then use the Danawa app.

Conflicts are occurring not only with the Danawa app, but also with some apps such as banking and game apps. The problem is resolved when you use the settings as described above.
We will fix it as soon as possible and update the app.
