The Dashboard:- With this one screen you can see an overview of your diabetes control with colour-coded tiles that change colour to indicate which aspects need urgent action or are above target or are at target. The tiles will also notify when a certain test is overdue. This colour-coding can also be seen in the graphs and list views within the tile. Now you are in complete control. PDF Reports:- Create/share PDF reports with your doctor in an instant. This will help your doctor make more informed decisions by analyzing all your records over months/years. Blood Glucose Screen:-This app has meal-specific targets and you can instantly know if a certain blood glucose reading is high with the App's easy to understand colour coding. Readings will go red if it needs immediate attention, amber if high, or green if in target. You can also add comments with mealtime Glucose checks. BMI Screen-We have now introduced BMI and Ideal Body Weights specific to different ethnicities rather than using a generalized target. Now you can also enter weight in Kilograms or Pounds. Hopefully, the App will help you reduce the risk of Diabetes Complications by helping you achieve your ideal body weight. HbA1c Screen:- Track your HbA1c over several months/years. And you can also easily track your progress. After all, Diabetes is all about trends. We have just added an amazing new feature that converts your HbA1c to estimated Average Blood glucose so you can easily relate to your most recent HbA1c. Blood Pressure:- Now it's easy to track your blood pressure with My DiabetesConnect, know when it is too high and you can see trends over months/years. Kidney Function (Blood test):- Track your kidney function overtime to make sure they are healthy. My DiabetesConnect will calculate your eGFR instantly when you enter your Creatinine, so this will help you keep track of your kidney function hassle-free. Kidney Function(Urine test):- Often this is the first sign of trouble that would indicate diabetes is starting to affect your kidneys. Knowing early can help your doctor treat early and prevent/delay kidney failure. Cholesterol:- Track your cholesterol over months/years. It's all about trends. Eye and Feet Check:- Keep a track of your eye and feet screening. The App will remind you when you are due for your next eye appointment.
