1. Introduction
Precioled Scoreboard Remote is a mobile application developed in Spain. By downloading and using our application, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Precioled Scoreboard Remote.
2. Use of Precioled Scoreboard Remote
Precioled Scoreboard Remote is an application designed to be used as a remote control for our sports scoreboard software. The use of Precioled Scoreboard Remote for illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.
3. Paid Subscriptions: Subscription and Billing: We offer various paid subscriptions to use Precioled Scoreboard Remote without limitations. Payment management will be carried out through the Google Play and Apple Store platforms.
Changes in Prices and Conditions: We reserve the right to change the prices and conditions of the subscriptions at any time. Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. In any case, you will be able to enjoy your subscription until the end of it without any penalty.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period.
4. Data Protection
Precioled Scoreboard Remote respects your privacy and does NOT collect personal data from its users. However, we reserve the right to record connection-related information for operational and security purposes. This may include device identification, license number, and connection parameters. These data will be stored in a private database and treated with the utmost confidentiality, complying with European data protection legislation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included in Precioled Scoreboard Remote, such as texts, graphics, logos, images, as well as their compilation, is the property of I.LED SPORTS SPAIN SL or its content providers and is protected by the copyright laws of Spain and international copyright laws.
6. Limitations of Liability
Precioled Scoreboard Remote is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. I.LED SPORTS SPAIN SL will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
7. Changes to the Terms\nI.LED SPORTS SPAIN SL reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after their publication in the application.
8. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction\nThese terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any dispute related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
