Welcome to myVW, a drive-changing app with connected vehicle services enabled through myVW+. The myVW app enables access to control and monitor important features on your model year 2020 or newer VW. Enjoy a connected drive with a Remote Access¹ plan and more, whether you're right next to your vehicle or miles away. Available Remote Access plan features: • Remote start your engine (if vehicle is equipped)³ • Remote lock or unlock your doors² • Remote honk and flash² • Last parked location⁴ • Find and select a preferred Volkswagen dealer • Schedule service • View previous service history⁵ • Recommended maintenance schedules • Keep tabs on your car when someone else is driving with vehicle alerts through the Family Guardian features, including speeds alerts, curfew alerts, valet alerts and boundary alerts.³ With a VW Vehicle Insights⁷ plan, Electric Vehicle owners have access to the following available features: • View battery status⁶ • Start and stop battery charging⁶ • Manage charge and battery settings⁶ • Remotely access climate control⁶ Connected vehicle services enabled through myVW+ are available on most MY20 and newer vehicles and require an included or paid subscription, some of which may have their own terms and conditions. All connected vehicle services require the myVW app and myVW account, cellular connectivity, network compatible hardware, availability of vehicle GPS signal, and acceptance of Terms of Service. Not all services and features are available on all vehicles and some features may require the most recent software update. Services depend on connection to and continued availability of 4G LTE cellular service, which is outside of Volkswagen's control. Services are not guaranteed or warranted in the event of 4G LTE network shutdowns, obsolescence, or other unavailability of connectivity due to existing vehicle hardware or other factors. All services are subject to change, discontinuation, or cancellation without notice. Certain connected vehicle services may require additional payment for emergency or other third-party services rendered such as towing or ambulance transport services. Message and data rates may apply for app and web features. Connected vehicle services are not available on most MY20 Passat vehicles or rental fleet vehicles. ¹ Remote Access connected vehicle services available on most MY20 and newer vehicles. Remote Access included plan duration will vary based on model year and included plan begins on the original (new, unused) vehicle in-service (purchase) date.
