■We can make menu of two patterns
・[Main dish + 2 side dishes + main dish] [Rice, noodles + 1 side dish] 2 patterns. I plan on having lunch and dinner.
・This app is a paid version. The paid version contains all 64 recipes.
■ If you make a menu according to this app
A well-balanced meal with a staple food, main dish, and side dish. You can naturally get a variety of foods, the number of items increases, the appearance is satisfying, and you can prevent binge eating.
・Regardless of the combination, one meal is about 500 kcal, and the balance of energy-producing nutrients is generally well-balanced. It's easy because you don't need difficult nutritional calculations.
