Through the ING DKV Health app for NARANJA DKV Health Insurance, exclusive for ING clients, you can manage your insurance and your health very easily, in addition to having the best healthcare and peace of mind at your disposal. to have complete and quality insurance. 

What can you find in the ING DKV Health app? 

• Digital card 
The DKV MEDICARD® digital card, with which you can identify yourself in medical centers as an insured person of the NARANJA DKV Health Insurance. 

•	Health 
Your health folder, where you can securely receive, save, consult and download your medical reports; automatically receive requests for analytical and imaging tests that the doctor generates during the consultation; and access your results. 

In addition, it includes access to the pharmacy section to request and receive electronic prescriptions, as well as review prescribed medications. 

The electronic medical prescription allows you to instantly receive medication prescriptions from your doctor to go directly to the pharmacy. To do this, we use REMPe, a prescription and dispensing system approved by the Collegiate Medical Organization (OMC). 

• Doctors 
Through this section, you can contact your medical team whenever you want, both by chat and video consultation, or if you prefer, schedule an appointment. Also consult the medical chart, or speak with your personal doctor, depending on your insurance, and access the search for emergency doctors or a 24-hour emergency telephone line. 

•	Diary 
Personal agenda to automatically view the online appointments requested from the app, as well as review the history of your health activities. 

• Health assistant 
A direct chat with your manager to process authorizations and appointments with specialists (Exclusive service for ORANGE DKV Health Insurance with “Specialized Medical Team”) 

• ORANGE Health Club 
As an ING customer, you have the NARANJA Health Club, from which you can access health and well-being services that complement your policy, with discounts and advantageous prices. Services include a wide range of tests, treatments and health and well-being services (optics, insoles, fertility, advanced physiotherapy, laser myopia surgeries, stem cell conservation, aesthetics...) They are offered in a powerful network of centers with more of 25,000 specialists validated by our experts. 

• Policy details 
Insurance information, and modification of some data. Consultation of the documentation associated with the policy, receipts and co-payments, if applicable.
