ŁGeniusz is an educational tool that will help you learn to compose dishes with a low glycemic index and a glycemic load appropriate for your health. Diet calculator, thanks to which you will save time and take care of even more accurate balancing of selected food products in dishes. It allows you to save the calculated dish with a photo and a description of its preparation.

Foods with a lower glycemic load have less impact on a person's blood sugar levels, minimizing the fluctuations that can stimulate overeating. The appropriate glycemic index and glycemic load of food products and dishes is part of the nutritional education of many therapeutic and slimming diets, regardless of the type of diet. ŁGeniusz will calculate for you the basic nutritional parameters used in the kitchen and culinary recipes as well as in diets and menus.

ŁGeniusz will help you verify in terms of glycemic load, glycemic index, calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and dietary fiber all your own recipes, recipes found on the Internet, in cookbooks, diets and menus. Thanks to the application, you will make the necessary adjustments to the recipes, and ŁGeniusz will give you the value of carbohydrate and protein exchangers.

Using ŁGeniusz is free of charge in terms of:

- Table of food products
- Glycemic index of products
- Glycemic index of own dishes
- Calculation of KCAL (and kj) of products for the indicated grammage
- Creating dishes
- Saving your own dishes with a photo and description of the preparation
- Search for products and dishes

Monthly Subscription:
