The health checkup result report received from the hospital is delivered to your mobile phone, so you can check the checkup results quickly and easily anytime, anywhere.
■ Health notebook for people with chronic diseases!
- Diabetes notebook to help diabetic patients self-manage
- Blood pressure notebook to help patients with high blood pressure self-manage
■ Manage your visit history with the app!
When the hospital receives the test results, a visit record is automatically created. It is convenient to write down detailed medical information to manage and remember when and for what purpose you visited the medical institution.
■ Please fill out the electronic questionnaire in advance before the examination.
Easily fill out an electronic questionnaire before your checkup. You can save examination time by filling out the questionnaire with your mobile phone anytime, anywhere.
■ Manage your family’s health by registering a family account.
You can register your elderly parents or young children with a family account to receive test results and help manage your family's health.
■ Access permission information
※ Details of optional access rights
- Camera: Permission required to use the photo attachment function or QR code scanning function
-Storage space: Permission required to upload/download files to the device during use
- Phone: Permission required to make a call to the hospital
- Location: Permissions required to use Bluetooth when linking the health notebook with measuring devices
