Learning procedure for the progressive muscle relaxation technique using five audio files, one with general instructions and four with the four learning phases, which guide the user in learning the aforementioned technique.

Distinctive characteristics of the resource: The work presented here is based on and arises from the author's clinical experience of more than 25 years of professional dedication to clinical psychology, which allows the results to be endorsed.

Its fundamental interest lies in the audio-book format, so that the person who uses it to learn the technique does not have to read and interpret a series of instructions, but rather directly receives instructions on the practical exercises to be performed.

As a teaching tool, it allows professionals who will later be able to use the technique with their patients (doctors, psychologists, nurses, physiotherapists, and others) to teach it through their own personal experience.

It also allows its direct use by those who want to learn the progressive muscle relaxation technique.
