The complete Diet program by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska is an easy way to lose weight and change your eating habits to healthier ones. Its stages include:
- Preparing for Fasting - Prepare your body for the challenge of partial fasting in a fun way.
- Vegetable and fruit fast - activate the internal forces of the body, cleansing and burning visceral fat. It's not starvation! You eat vegetables and fruits in the right proportions. Up to 2 options available! The maximum duration of a post with the application is 14 days.
