The complete Diet program by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska is an easy way to lose weight and change your eating habits to healthier ones. Its stages include:
- Preparing for Fasting - Prepare your body for the challenge of partial fasting in a fun way.
- Vegetable and fruit fast - activate the internal forces of the body, cleansing and burning visceral fat. It's not starvation! You eat vegetables and fruits in the right proportions. Up to 2 options available! The maximum duration of a post with the application is 14 days.

Personalized menu - each of us is different: we have different experiences, lifestyles and culinary preferences, hence the different variants of the recipes.

POLISH DIET
90% of vegetables and fruits and other products needed for cooking with the application come from Polish orchards and crops. The remaining 10% of the menu are popular, also widely available products.

SIMPLE POST
A menu based mainly on raw vegetables, sprouts and super-healthy pickled products in a simple version: salads, cocktails and stews - a simpler menu, less time spent in the kitchen, the same effects as in the classic fasting. Diet option only available in the app.
